I received an email from a recruiter from Lever and I was asked to choose a date and time for a phone screening . On the interview day and just 35 minutes before the interview session, they emailed me that the position is filled. This happened while they had almost 4 business days to inform me of the position being filled. It's interesting that you see " We’re injecting the values we respect collaboration, transparency, and humanity" in their website!!!!! isn't it funny?
3 step process , recruiter, direct manager, overall leader. Each lasted about 30 minutes with recruiter follow up in between each one. The leader interview was weak and not very good impression.
