My interview process was stellar. Everything felt very conversational, rather than the route, cliche questions you expect in an interview. I completed an assignment before my interview, so my first interview was going through the assignment with the CEO. Sarah would add constraints or change assumptions of my assignment, then ask me how that would change the project. It felt like a dynamic, engaging, and challenging brainstorm. My conversations with other team members had a similar feel -- challenging questions but never formulaic. It also felt like they got a more genuine sense of my perspective, skills, and motivations because I couldn't rely on the same answers I've given in other interviews. The questions required me to think on my feet.
