Hands down, the best experience I've been through! I was reached out to through a personalized email from my would-be hiring manager, Jess. We then arranged to have a few chats over the phone. What really struck me about my first interaction was how genuinely excited Jess was to speak with me and get to know me as an individual. She took the time to do her research about me online before our call and our conversation really felt like an actual conversation (vs interrogation)! It was through our second conversation that it became apparent I was hesitant around making a potential lateral move, mainly because I wasn't quite sure how I could achieve my future career goals. Jess offered to put me in touch with Rob (Head of Sales) to have a coffee chat around what I was looking for and his view on developing people in my role. After my coffee chat with Rob, I gained the confidence that this was the right opportunity for me to pursue! From there, I had the opportunity to work with Lauren (recruiter) who kept me engaged throughout the whole process and never left me hanging. Lever also even has a candidate experience team to coordinate the following stages in the recruitment process. I've been fortunate to meet with so many folks on the sales team at Lever to get a sense of the corporate culture but also to understand the current challenges they were facing and I even had the privilege of working with my potential colleagues on workshopping some solutions. We then moved into something Lever calls "Career Trajectory" to build a storyboard of my previous professional experience and the learnings from each experience. From there we moved from references to offer. My process took about 3 weeks and I can't believe I'm saying this but I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! I was exposed to so many folks on the Lever team and every interaction got me more and more excited at the prospect of joining this organization!!!

From beginning to end I had a great experience with Lever. The process itself was clearly described to me by my recruiter and nothing was unexpected. It started with an initial phone call to make sure I was a good fit. I was also encouraged to ask some questions to make sure this is the place I wanted to work. From there, we scheduled an onsite. I met with 4-5 managers and one AE. The whole day took about 4 hours, I got a tour and again got to ask some questions that were on my mind. I also got a good idea of who I would work with etc. After this they brought me in for a second onsite. I got to have lunch with the reps and spend some time understanding the culture, which is important to me. Afterward I had a long conversation with my recruiter where they ask a lot of questions about myself and how I make decisions. It took about 2 hours but it flew by and I really enjoyed it! From there, I met with the director one last time to talk about any concerns I may have - this second onsite was more about myself and the culture rather than my management style. I really enjoyed the whole process and felt welcomed and supported the whole time. I never felt like I couldn't ask a question, or pause for clarification if needed.
