My experience interviewing for Employ was a breath of fresh air in this market. There were no personality tests, CCAT exams, "projects" or other problematic aspects that are now common in interviews. The recruiter (Kelly) was stellar about keeping me informed in a timely fashion and also clearly outlining what to expect. She kept the process moving and was a delight to work with.
