Employ (MA) Sales Development Representative interview questions

I was pretty deep into the interview process at another company when Lever came around. I was contacted by a super friendly recruiter who set up a time for a phone screen. After the phone screen, I was set up with an onsite and told me what to expect going in. The entire time, I felt like Lever wanted me to be there. I wasn't just some other applicant, I was someone they had singled out and wanted.

The process consisted of a phone screen, onsite interview, and reference check. I met with four different people during the onsite interview--the director of sales development, two account executives, and a sales recruiter. The sales recruiter used a technique called topgrading, digging into my experiences from freshman year of high school to the present, The other three onsite interviews included sales call role plays to assess my suitability for the role. All of the interviews I had felt like conversations, and I had ample opportunity to ask questions and determine that Lever was a great fit for me! The entire process was fast, efficient, and candidate-friendly--definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had interviewing with a company.
