Interview
The interview process was simply a 30-minute bashing session of my former employer. I was literally not asked any technical questions and was simply asked about the issues at my former employer (of whom I was still employed with at the time). I eventually let them know that I respectfully did not want to discuss that employer and they agreed.
Additionally after accepting the position there was no background check or drug test done.

Interview
One get-to-know you phone interview that was very informal followed by a SQL knowledge check test online. Then the face-to-face formal interview that was pretty relaxed. Nothing too crazy thrown at you. They want to get to know your programming background and what you want to do/are good at. There were supposed to be 3 people at my interview (HR rep, and two higher up developers), but one of the developers was working with a client so it was just two people.
