I was contacted to schedule a phone screen and on the day of the interview, the recruiter reached out at the last minute to say her meetings were running over and we would need to reschedule. I never heard from her again about rescheduling, and received a form letter weeks later letting me know I had not been selected. Very poor candidate experience.
