Fairly decent interview process... main focus on communication skills and domain knowledge.... Face to face interviews...just 2 simple rounds...HR for communication and ops round for domain knowledge...But there was no scope for salary negotiation, I had to accept what the HR offered unfortunately as I was in dire need of a job. Sad part was even the little salary was never paid on time, not a month during my entire tenure there...
