A recruiter contacted me through my LinkedIn account. As soon as I replied, I got a call a day or two later, which was practically a phone interview. A couple of days later, I got a call to schedule an In-person interview. I was interviewed by a Manager and Department Leader, it lasted about an hour. On the same day (approx. 5 hours after my interview), I got a call for an offer.
