Encompass Health Rehab Tech interview questions

The interview process was a little slow. They verify where you've worked on your previous jobs. To me the HR Director wasn't very concerned much after I got hired. If I needed something done, it took forever to get things accomplished.

Interview is straight forward. Questions are asked about previous experience, if any. Patient safety is one of the primary goals. Patient rehab is what they are known for, so they require each employee to be as helpful as they can with each patient. Questions in regards to what previous events lead them to choose the medical field are asked along with what kind of person do you think you are.
