The process began with my filling out a full and very thorough paper application. Once complete with that I was sat down across from three company representatives. One was from HR and was one of the two heads of recruiting and the other two were the top two reps from the department that I was applying for a position with. I was interviewed and questioned for nearly an hour and a half. The questions were the usual interview type questions. This interview was the most thorough and intense I've ever had and I get the feeling that Encore is very concerned with having as much information as possible on each individual before hiring.
