I found out about the job on a PM Facebook group and had the opportunity to meet casually with another PM before actually interviewing. I then met with the internal recruiter. From there I had a series of four interviews, one of which was a panel interview. Two of the interviews were unstructured (including with the VP of Product) and the other two were very structured. I think the company was looking for someone with a very specific set of experiences and skills and the two unstructured interviews didn't really suss that out very well.
