it depends upon the persons ability to convince in the first tech round. But, if they still need to clarify, you will be asked for another round of technical. There will be a HR round where HRD will be asking you about your personal details. Reason for leaving the last job. About the current package and if you have the lesser package, they might offer you 30% to 100% hike depending upon you current package.
