The interview process was average, not very easy and very difficult. I had my first phone interview with HR manager which happened in March last week, followed by a second technical phone interview with the Hiring Manager/Reporting Manager which happened in April. And within two weeks soon after the 2nd round of phone interview, I was called for a final on-site interview, so I went to Endologix head office in Irvine. In the final round, I was interviewed by 4 people back to back, each interview lasted for 30 minutes. And those 4 interviewers included; 1st was HR Manager, 2nd was Senior Manager, 3rd was another Senior Manager from other department and finally 4th was Senior Director. Finally, fortunately I was selected for the Summer Internship :)
