I was set up an interview with the recruiter, who was leaving the organization. I ended up interviewing with HR, which was a positive experience. She mentioned I would talk with the CEO next. A few weeks passed by and I had a phone conversation with the CEO. Afterwards I was told I would be meeting with other members of the leadership team. I waited a week or so, but no response (even after sending follow up emails).
It’s been a few months now so I’ve already assumed I’m out of the running, but it would have been nice to have not had promises made and then radio silence.
