First step: I received an email that my application was reviewed, and to do a one way video interview. Instructions for the video interview were clear, and questions were basic. 9 questions, 3 mins duration for each answer. Second Step: Onsite interview. My name sign was placed on the company outside door. That was very unique and thoughtful. The interview was conversational, one the most welcoming and comfortable interview I've ever had. Everyone I met seemed relaxed and had a positive attitude. Currently awaiting my third interview.
