Enercare interview questions

Screening by HR . Next level was with hiring manager and director interview. It was avaerage and disorganized and did not engage much. It was not a positive experience. I declined the offer.

One on one interview with sales manager. Discussed necessary skills for the job, training for new employees entering the space, workflow and time commitments, traavel, etc. We discussed how different people were successful or struggled within the role.
