I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Energize Global Services (Yerevan, Yerevan)
Interview
Interview was not difficult with regular C/C++ basic knowledge questions. There was also a C test, where I found some issues and inconsistencies. Overall, the interview was ok, but just the atmosphere was a bit intimidating. You need to sign in a book when you enter the premises, with not even a smile.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Energize Global Services (Yerevan, Yerevan) in May 2019
Interview
STAY AWAY!!!! there are cameras and voice recording devices everywhere for monitoring employees, it's not a company, it's a prison.
The interview was a complete joke. Apart from the fact that 4 people interviewed me for technical aspects some of the questions were very vague, and they acted like I have to answer them very fast, putting me under pressure for no reason. Also, if I said something wrong they said your answer is wrong which is I think a very bad thing to do since it puts the interviewee under more pressure.
Moreover, I answered some of the questions correctly but they said it is wrong which I checked after the interview and I was right.
Regardless, I got admitted to the company. Afterwards they said that I need to pass another technical interview with their "partner" and I need to sign an agreement which indicates that If i get admitted by their partner I'm forced to sign their contract. I said that I need to sign the contract first before signing their "agreement" and they said it's confidential I cannot see it, I have to come another day, turn my phone off, etc in order to see it. I asked whether I can change anything in the contract if I don't like it they said I cannot, they also mentioned that if I sign the contract I have to stay at least a year and every trip they send me to prolongs the contract by 6 months.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Energize Global Services in Apr 2013
