Submitted my resume online and got an email requesting my availability for interviews. And I interviewed for 1 hour for the initial interview, which was pretty long. And then the hiring person told me I passed and could schedule the second round of interviews, which would be 4 hours long, amazing. He also requested writing samples and references. It is weird because usually, it should be the last round of interviews then I will be requested for these materials. And I did, never got any responses. Speechless company.
