Process took like a week to get back to me. Sent a product matching test - which was really easy. I then got called in for an interview with 2 people. But one did not show for the interview so I was called in again a week later. A lot of behavioral questions from the both of them and they were pretty much the same so if you do good for the first interviewer you'll do fine. Got called in for the 3rd time for the second round, this time will the lead recruiter. Was also asked the same questions. Was supposed to meet with another interviewer but they did not show. So I was taken to meet the business analysts and the one I met was super helpful. Except while I was in the room talking to the employee, the lead recruiter kept stepping out the room and was on her phone, which I thought was a bit unprofessional. If she wasn't holding an interview that would've been fine with me. I eventually withdrew. This process was more complicated and unprofessional than it should be for a minimum wage job. If you're still interested in working here, the manager for the Business Analysts was really nice and the team members from what I saw were friendly.
