Processo con tempistiche un po' lunghe lato eni e scadenze strette per i candidati. Colloqui articolato in 3 fasi, business case di gruppo, colloquio tecnico e colloquio attitudinale. Non complesso di per se ma c'é molta competizione, il colloquio attitudinale nel mio caso é stato molto "didattico" e decisamente poco attitudinale.

Interview
Dopo lo screening del CV si viene ammessi a sostenere un test online in inglese.
Dopodiché si viene invitati ad un incontro online in cui, dopo una presentazione individuale di 3 minuti, si passa a risolvere un business case individuale. Successivamente si risolve il business case in gruppo. A questa prima fase ne segue un'altra in cui si sostiene un colloquio con HR e uno tecnico con altre figure di ENI.
Si tratta di una mezza giornata abbastanza impegnativa.
