Solamente due colloqui, il primo tecnico direttamente con i futuri responsabili e il secondo con HR. Il primo colloquio più incentrato sul percorso fatto e due quesiti logico-matematici, il secondo molto standard con domande su esperienze (es. descrivimi quando un momento in cui ti sei trovato in difficoltà ecc).
