I was contacted by recruiting agency. The interview consisted of 2 parts - Technical with managers and HR. They wanted to hire a Drilling Engineer but proposed salary was to low and everyone who was experienced declined. It was decided to try to find a young talent as me, but their expectations were inadequate to my level. Anyway I wish them luck!

Interview was done via Conference Call with video assistance. Overall the interview was polite and quite efficient. A series of questions were asked and I was free to discuss and maintain a good conversation. The hiring process was very slow as it took more than 4 months to get the offer.
