The job description was extremely vague. In my first interview they told me about 3 different roles that were completely different, and I indicated my preference. They put me through to one at Pangea, a smaller company they own. This wasn't inherently bad, but it was not what I was expecting. Pangea has less than 100 employees and the job description I applied for said 1000-5000. They also told me it was an Associate role when it was advertised as a Sr. Associate role. There were 4 rounds that went by pretty quickly. I missed my interview with the hiring manager because the recruiter sent us each different Google Meets links. They sent me an Excel test to take home and complete within 48 hours. I reviewed this with the hiring manager in final round. It wasn't unfair or unreasonable in difficulty. After completing the final round I was told I would hear back either way by the end of the week. An additional week goes by, I follow up and get a 1 sentence rejection email. I then follow up with the recruiter about the other positions mentioned and was immediately rejected. Most people I met with were friendly, but multiple examples of unprofessional conduct throughout the process.
