The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enova (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2012
Interview
First interview was on campus the interviewer was very helpful and tried to showed me where I might have be mistaken. The next week I was invited on-site, where I interviewed with 4 people two managers and two subordinated of the managers. They asked me again case studies and the interview lasted 4 hours. The company is very nice though, a lot of young people and very challenging.
