I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enovis
Interview
Had a first 15-minute phone interview, did an assessment, then had an interview with the hiring manager. At this point, I realized the discrepancies between the recruiter's and manager's info. The role focus was different, and the interview was set for 30 minutes, despite the recruiter's email stating 45 minutes. The manager didn't seem particularly prepared with questions or interested in talking with me. She just described the role and asked only two questions. This was especially contrasting with the interview info guide sent by the recruiter before the manager interview. I was never asked a single question that would have allowed me to respond using the STAR model or to showcase my familiarity with the company's values and behaviors. I ended up taking control of the conversation and showcasing my skills as best as possible, but it's confusing to me how they would make an unbiased selection if there were no real inquiry about the candidate's experience, competencies, or skills.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enovis (Austin, TX) in Jun 2025
Interview
At first I was contacted by a recruiter by phone. This was followed by a video call with the hiring manager, and finally I was asked for to come back for a third interview online to present a scenario and how I would deal with a certain situation. The process lasted about 2 weeks. The two people who interviewed me were very friendly and easy going. I felt the interview went well, but was really disappointed that I wasn’t selected.
