Overall, a standard interview experience. I spoke to a recruiter and the hiring manager, and then was moved on to the next step which was five more interview rounds over two days with different directors and VPs. All very friendly and personable. The reason I'm giving this a negative review is what happened after the interviews. After having a good rapport with the recruiter and exchanging texts and calls, I was ghosted for several days and then sent a form email rejection. The form email rejection wasn't even accurate; it's what they send to candidates after a resume submission that gets rejected. No feedback or anything that I could use to help myself improve. Overall very a very disrespectful end to what was otherwise a pleasant process.
