I was contacted via LinkedIn after submitting an application through Easy Apply. I scheduled a meeting, rescheduled the meeting, then was ghosted by the interviewer literally one minute before our scheduled interview. The person said they were running late and would be calling in five minutes. I waited an hour, then send a message saying I'd be happy to reschedule again, but never heard back.
