I had applied online, they called to touch base with me after a week or 2. I had a phone interview and an in-person interview. They provided a 30-50 question technical test and a personality test.

Interview
Phone interview first, then in person where they low ball you an offer. If you ask for any amount that would be relative to what the position makes. They will counter with "You get paid in sunshine" and then trash you to the rest of the staff and how you asked for x amount and aren't worth it.
