First call was a short interview with the recruiter over the phone asking about relevant information. The second call was with the VP over Zoom that went more into the details of the job as well as my own experience. The recruiter told me that they would follow up within a week or two. At the end of this follow-up time, I sent the recruiter an email, to which he never responded. I tried contacting the company further, but they had completely ghosted me. I suspect the ghosting was a result of my mentioning my (very minor) disability, but who knows. No matter the case, ghosting a candidate is incredibly unprofessional, so it's doubtful that this is a company worth working for in the first place. I have since accepted an offer with higher pay and better benefits at a much more attractive company.
