      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Entelo (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2016

      Interview

Seamless and easy. From the very beginning I was very impressed with how I was contacted and followed up with. Everything was efficient and everyone was very accommodating. I first met with people from HR and Recruiting and then met with people from the business. I spent time with the hiring manager on 3 separate occasions and with the CEO twice. The process took a while but I appreciated how much time people spent getting to know me beyond the resume. It was clear early on that they take hiring very seriously and they want to get it right.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why Entelo? Something you have achieved and been proud of. Something that did not go as planned and what you did about it. How you manage people. How you achieved metrics that improved things for your team and the company.
