I came into the Entelo office 4 times. Normally it would have been 2 or 3, but I wanted to stretch it out so I didn't have to spend a vacation day. The recruiter was very flexible in regards to working with my available times. The first interview was with the VP of Engineering which consisted of a coding exercise and relatively easy discussion about my experiences with teams and the technologies I was interested in. The next 2 interviews were with the other engineers from the team. Each one discussed technologies I was interested in and worked on and some pretty basic white board questions (nothing as difficult as something from Airbnb or Optimizely). There was 1 pairing session as well as more of a discussion interview with the Chief Product Officer. The last interview was with the CEO and mainly a cultural fit interview. Also, I just want to highlight the speed of communication with the recruiter. He was by far the best recruiter I've dealt with in all the companies I've applied to. Very responsive and very helpful.
