I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Boise, ID)
Interview
The main thing that the company is looking for is your abilty to provide good customer service and be willing to put in the extra effort. It wasnt the hardest effort but knowing a little about the company and providing examples of how your provided good customer service goes a long way. Enterprise's business model is pretty easy to understand and going into it understanding what the company wants makes a huge difference.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
