I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Salford, North West England, England)
Interview
Relatively straightforward. It began with an initial phone call with a recruitment manager, where I was asked about my future career goals, what I aspire to become, and why I was interested in Enterprise.
This was followed by a Zoom interview that focused on competency-based questions, assessing skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
The final stage involved a branch visit, where I had the opportunity to observe day-to-day operations, followed by a face-to-face interview with a regional manager.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
