The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Oklahoma City, OK) in Oct 2011
Interview
I got the interview from attending a career fair at my university. Out of all the companies I have interviewed with, this company was the easiest to talk to. They made the interview process feel comfortable and welcoming. The interview consisted of conversation and some behavioral questions directed towards sales.
Research the company and be yourself!
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
