I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Old Bridge, NJ) in Dec 2011
Interview
I had initially been contacted by a recruiter who found my resume posted on Monster. After being contacted I followed the steps to apply and was contacted by another corporate recruiter, shortly after, for a phone interview. The phone interview was brief – she asked me basic questions about myself and resume; for example, why Enterprise, tell me about a time you exemplified strong time management skills, how do you define leadership, ect. I was offered to come in for another interview with the same recruiter later that week.
This interview was basically an extension of the first one, similar behavior type questions – how do you deal with disgruntled customers, tell me a time when you assumed a leadership role and other questions such as what motivates you, where do you see yourself in five years, ect. I was offered an interview with the branch and area mangers for the next week.
The next interview was with both the branch manager and area manager. For this interview I was asked to come a half hour early to do an observation of the branch before speaking with the managers – during this time I spoke to the assistant manager and newly appointed manager’s assistant and had them explain daily branch operations. The interview portion lasted about an hour and the area manager asked most of the questions but the branch manager did ask some. Again I was asked behavioral situation questions – tell me about a time when you turned a negative situation into a positive, how do you go about meeting sales goals. They also asked – why Enterprise, what motivates you, how I used my sales techniques to reach sale goals, how do I handle constructive criticism. I was told they would call me if I was selected for a final interview.
I was called about a week later to schedule an interview with the regional VP. At this point I made a decision to interview in another Enterprise area and the recruiter was more than happy to refer me to another recruiter in the area of my choice – I am waiting to schedule my new interview with area manager here and if offered I will accept the position.

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
