I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Middletown, NY) in Oct 2013
Interview
First a phone interview with the hiring manager, then they will set up a face to face interview. I had the area manager and a branch manager for the face to face. Basic "how would you handle an upset customer" questions. More of a focus on customer service than cleaning cars. Then off to corporate for paperwork and done. No drug test which surprised me considering it's for a job which has a daily duty of driving customers. They might have you interview at a completely different location from where you'll work.
First interview was a screening phone interview with HR. After a couple of days, I was contacted for an-inperson interview with the fleet manager and toured the facility. Manager explained job responsibilities and expectations and showed the different routes for job.
