You will sit one on one with either a area manager or branch manager. They will ask about your previous work experirnce and if you work well with others. They will review your schedule and give you a tour of the location, Finally they will ask you if are comfortable with the location and its job duties.

First interview was a screening phone interview with HR. After a couple of days, I was contacted for an-inperson interview with the fleet manager and toured the facility. Manager explained job responsibilities and expectations and showed the different routes for job.

very easy and straight forward. Mainly asks you about your driving record and previous work experience with customers and a high pace environment. Also, they make sure you are ok with driving all sized vehicles.
It was was very quick. I workerd there previously so they already knew that I was pretty much a good worker. It took pretty much a week for me to start
