Depends on the location, but for myself it was a 3 step process. I applied online and after not hearing back for weeks, I called them and was able to get scheduled for a phone interview the next day. The phone interview was typical; asking why you would like this job and what you know about the company. I was fore-warned that the in person interview would be substantially longer. The second interview lasted over an hour, and consisted of numerous STAR style and behavioral questions; Enterprise puts the customser #1 and you deal with difficult customers on a daily basis so they want to see that you're able to communicate well without breaking under the pressure.
