The first telephone interview went really well, the interviewer was friendly and put me at ease. The second interview was via skype, and unlike the first round this was a complete disaster, the interview was scheduled for 5pm and at 6pm I was still trying to get hold of them! I phoned every number I had available to me, all rang out to voicemail! I tried Skyping them multiple times with no answer! I then sent them an email explaining I had waited for over an hour without an explanation, and at 10pm that evening I got a reply from a private email saying they were sorry, they’d forgot about my interview and had gone home. I rescheduled for the following week, this time they did remember but we’re half an hour late - excuse was that the interview before mine had run over, this made me very nervous! This interview actually went well and they put me through to the third round, which is an in branch interview with the branch manager. The morning of this interview I recieved a call to say that this interview had been cancelled and that I needed to rearrange for the following week! By this point I had had enough of being messed about by this company who seemed as though they didn’t care if I got the job or not!
