Went through the initial interview process with the management, where I was being tested on a variety of competencies. Passed that to be told I had gotten through to the next stage, I had to ask what that was, to be told it was a shadow interview. No further details were given. I turned up for the shadow interview and the management there didn’t seem to know I was coming. The member of staff I was shadowing spent most of her time on her personal phone or having a chat about a night out the office had planned. I was handed a booklet and told to read through it. After the shadow, I was invited into the office for a one to one with the branch manager where I was asked yet more questions about my competencies. I was told I would hear back from the interview, whether good or bad within 2 weeks. I still haven’t heard anything and this was March 14th 2019. I sent an email to follow up 2 weeks after this date and again, I have heard nothing from them. I would not recommend applying for this role as communication is extremely lacking!
