I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2009
Interview
The interview is usually a 2-3 interview process. Compared to many jobs it can be tough. They are trying to make sure you are friendly enough to handle customers and get along with fellow employees. Expect to be asked to sell a pen or pencil to the interviewer. They'll want to see that you ask questions of the "customer" to see what the best pen/pencil is and all that.
BE yourself too, don't be an interviewing robot.

Question 1
They'll probably tell you that there will be plenty of car washing and other inglorious task.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
