Three-Four rounds of interviews. First interview with regional or area sales manager and take a math and personality test. Next you will interview with VP of the group and regional or sales manager or all three. Last you may have to interview with head of HR from corporate in St.Louis.
To sum up this whole interview process be ready for lots of role playing and you had better want this job more than anything or they will be able to tell, it's more of an interrogation than an interview lol.

Phone interview. General Interview questions. Nothing too crazy. Interviewer was a recruiter and described the role/details well so it was just the standard 1st phone screen interview with a recruiter.
