I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cardiff, Wales) in Aug 2019
Interview
The most unprofessional, unreliable interview process I have ever experienced. Applied online and had a phone interview shortly after. Quick and easy questions with a lovely woman. She then told me I was through to a face to face interview at their nearby offices to which I attended a week later. Interview was around ten minutes with competency questions about sales etc. Interviewer was lovely and told me she would like to invite me back to attend a branch interview day. I went home and waited a week to hear back from her to schedule a date. I heard nothing. I rang multiple numbers and sent countless emails until another woman from enterprise emailed me and told me the woman was on ‘annual leave’ so she’d be helping me. I finally managed to schedule a date for the branch interview to which I attended. I spent the shadowing a young girl on her placement year. It seemed as if they were literally looking for thing for me to do. The day consisted of me driving around as a passenger with them to clients. They had an iPad at hand which never worked, both male driver helpers looked bored and unhappy to which I actually said ‘do they actually enjoy their jobs or are they always this miserable’ and the girl just laughed. Meeting the clients consisted of telling them a speech about what not to do/to do with their cars, a quick check for dents and then back to the office. The office environment was completely unprofessional. The manager seemed be mainly focussed on having a ‘banter-filled’ environment and countlessly swore in my presence and mocked her employees, as if I would be impressed or would find it more of a comfortable environment. However I just found it unprofessional and childish. I then had a face to face interview with this manager who just seemed as if she didn’t want to be there. She scribbled down literally all of my answers to her questions which may I add were EXACTLY the same as the questions previously asked in my other face to face interview. Her phone was also on the desk and was going off throughout the interview. I left thinking that it was a job situated for graduates that didn’t need many qualifications and those that enjoyed driving around all day doing an easy job. I then waited to hear back and heard nothing for three weeks. I was told at the end of my interview about the next stage and they were prepping me for what to do and say (as if I was through) so I was hopeful and turned down numerous other interviews because of this. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing. I emailed countless people and rang and texted and got nothing to the point where I messaged someone from HR to help me but decided that even if they were to schedule a date for the last interview I would now decline due to their lack of reliability and complete dismissal for my interview process and their professionalism. I then received a phone call from the woman who interviewed me at the start to say she wasn’t going to carry on my application due to my lack of ‘desire’ and then a complete lie that was created by the second woman from my branch interview regarding my behaviour throughout the visit. I have NEVER experienced such disgusting and appalling treatment in my life. I was told on multiple occasions not to go for the job as they have done the same to numerous other graduates. The job pays very well but is quite frankly EASY and it would be a waste of someone’s intelligence after just graduating with a degree. I hope the sort out their recruitment process as it is diabolical and their staff need a lesson in treating their candidates with more respect. Would never ever recommend this company to ANYONE.

Question 1
Name a time you have given great customer experience
Interview process was quick and straightforward. Talent acquisition were friendly and informative about the role. I would definitely apply again in the future. It would be great if they provided more detailed interview feedback, however all in all the interview process was well organised and a great experience.
