First a phone interview, then an in person interview with hr. Then you do an interview with the area manager for the area you will be working in. Then lastly is an in branch interview. The person you have to impress the most would be the branch manager because this is likely the person you'll have to work with and if they don't want to work with you...

Quick and smooth, my interviewer already had the questions pulled up and they only ask me to answer accordingly, Very interview esque but not too too serious quite relaxed also had a question period at the end.

I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
