Application
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Oxford, OH) in Apr 2013
Interview
I had a first round interview and made it to a second round where another person would call me, I made it through that round as well and was told that I would be contacted for my third interview at a local branch where I would spend the day and then have an assessment with the manager. I contacted enterprise multiple times to schedule my third round interview however they never contacted me. They were very hard to keep in contact with and seemed unorganized.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cranford, NJ) in Mar 2014
Interview
The interviewer asked a lot of basic questions about your knowledge of the company, personal back round, and basic customer service questions. A lot of situational questions to see how you would handle certain situations.

Question 1
Unexpected question was who do you admire and why? I found that to be a little out of the ordinary but it made for good conversation.
