Started off from a HR representative calling about a day after I submit an application. She asked a few questions about school and past work experience. Explained Enterprise and the work you would be doing. Ask if still interested. After that, you went on a one on one interview wit her. This interview was very easy and asked basic questions about your resume. She also helped you prepare for the next interview. The next interview was at a branch observing a day at the company and an interview with the branch manager and territory manager. This interview talked a lot about the daily life of Enterprise and to see if you could handle the job. After that was a third interview with the Regional Manager. This is the most intense interview and ask harder questions to see if you could handle the job. Questions including how confident you are in selling and working long hours. Dress was business professional. Advice is be confident on how well you can sell and that you are willing to work long hours.
