I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2007
Interview
First interview with the recruiter, usually pretty easy as long as you can present yourself as being outgoing with lots of sales attitude. The 2nd interview they call it a "shadowing" where you head out to a branch and follow around the employees for like 2-3 hours before an interview with the manager of that branch. Same type of questions, but the key thing is to show your out going persona. Don't just sit in the lobby and be to yourself, you will most likely not be hired! Talk to the customers, engage in conversation with everybody.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

Interview
The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.
