Interview
First you will need to complete your online application and upload your resume with your application. A recruiter will get back with you in 4-5 days generally, I got lucky and mie came back the same day I applied. I was contacted several days later for a phone interview by the HR recruiter. You will be asked general sales questions for example: Why sales? Name one of your most successful sales? In addition they will ask you what made you consider Enterprise. The phone interview lasted a total of 14 minutes and I was scheduled for a in person interview with the regional HR recruiter.
THe in-person interview is more focused just mostly the phone screening questions but just more in debt and also they will ask some general behavioral questions about what kind of leader you are and about your general work ethic. If you successfully complete this interview you will be scheduled for your second in person interview with a local branch and area manager.
This interview builds upon the first two interviews, more sales questions, more questions on leadership, and questions on the importance of customer service. You want to stress your leadership capabilities, past sales experience or your ability to sell an idea or solution to your peers or past employers. If you get past this interview you will have a final interview with the Regional Vice President. This is a meet and greet with several interview questions and if you do well here the job offer is yours. GOOD LUCK!!! Hope this helps.

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
