I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
The whole process took about 3 weeks. I applied online and received an e-mail inviting me to a phone interview based on my schedule. I scheduled the phone interview for 2 days after the e-mail and it was more of a conversation then an interview. Questions such as: What is your major? Do you have a driver's license? At the end of the 10 minute phone interview I was asked to meet with the HR rep in the corporate office in 2 days. The in-person interview with the HR rep was a lot more in depth and probably the most in-depth of all the interviews. She asked questions along sales experience or persuading questions. I was told on the spot that I was moving to the third interview at a branch near home and received a call from the branch manager when I was walking out of the HR interview. We scheduled that interview for sometime the next week. That interview was a lot more about proving your drive and dedication to the job as well as explaining how you will be a good fit. At the end of the interview I wasn't told anything, but 2 days later I received a call from the HR rep to schedule the final interview with the RVP at the regional office. This interview was similar to the in-person HR interview. Show your dedication and why you will be a good fit. At the end of the interview I received a verbal offer and told I would receive additional details via the HR rep. The next day I received all of the details and formally accepted the offer and will start in June. Every interviewer liked that I was applying for the position now because I don't graduate for another 6 months. For everyone that is reading all of the negative information about a Management Trainee Position, keep in mind that you are never handed things. You are always going to have to work hard and this will allow you to move up. It's a great potential career and offers full benefits. Hope this was helpful.

Question 1
Describe your experience with explaining to a customer how they can benefit from any additional services
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
